We offer Thai translation service for English document and English translation for Thai document. We did translate Thai into English for nearly 80% of our past services. Our experience includes

• Business Document, e.g. Business Plan, Marketing Plan, Executive Summary, Supply and Construction Contract, Licensing Agreement, etc.
• Informal Letter, e.g. Love Letter, etc.
• Technological Document, e.g. Journal Article, Magazine Excerpt, etc.

Finally, we must say that we always treat your document strictly private. After all procedures have been done and you have confirmed your satisfaction, we will destroy your document immediately. We will not, by any means and in any forms, reproduce and/or disclose your document and our work to public.

Submission Procedures

Read our "Pricing Policies" and "Terms & Conditions" very carefully;

Attach your document either in Text, Words or Graphic (scanned) form with your covering letter and email them to us.

In your covering letter, please specify your due date required, preferred payment method, document form of the complete result, etc.

We will acknowledge your letter with an email describing our awareness of your order, pricing, and payment term. We will start our work immediately after receiving your confirmation letter via email.

Pricing Policies

A4 document with 2 pages or less

You do not have to pay up-front fee in advance. We will execute it for the period of less than two days. After submitting our result back to you, we will charge you with a rate of US$8.00 a page. If you do not satisfy with our service, you have to pay only 50% (for our overhead expense) of a total sum. However, you have to specify your reason in doing so by return.

A4 document with 3 pages or more

Again, our rate will be US$8.00 a page. Our completion could be calculated roughly at a rate of 5 pages a day. However we will start translating your document upon receiving 50% of a total sum as an up-front payment. The remaining must be paid within fourteen days after receiving our work. If you do not satisfy with our service, you have to pay only 50% of the remaining plus specifying your reason in doing so.

A4 document with 100 pages or more

We offer special discount for large volume of service. It will depend on the nature of your document and our staffs' availability. So, please email us with preliminary information.

Extra services

As indicated above, the work will be submitted back to you via email in either Text, Words or Graphic (bmp, gif, pcx, fx?) form. If you prefer us to send it back to your facsimile machine, please contact us for special rate. The additional fee will depend upon Thai international rate to your number.

Payment methods

Currently we accept your payment in form of money order or TT (telegraphic transfer). We will accept credit card payment very soon. Generally credit card payment in Thailand requires authentic signature of a card holder. We are trying to negotiate with our bank and expect to ease your payment method in the near future. For the time being, please accept our apology for your inconvenience.

Terms & Conditions

Before submitting your order, we assume that you thoroughly read and accept the following.

1. We reserve a right to accept or reject any submitted orders. Any consequences, losses, and/or damages arising out of and/or in connection with our above action shall absolutely be beyond scope of our responsibilities.
2. We shall provide our translation service based on sound professional practice. Utilizing and/or Implementing our translation results shall solely be based on our clients' discreet judgment. We shall hold harmless any consequences, losses, and/or damages arising out of and/or in connection with clients' actions thereafter.
3. We shall hold harmless any consequences, losses and/or damages arising out of and/or in connection with the delay of our submission caused by any unforeseen reasons, e.g. Internet Failure, Loss in Cyberspace, Rejection by recipient host, etc.
